Shipping

We ship our garments via [shipping carrier].

Orders will be processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of purchase. For personalized orders, shipping will be processed within 5–7 business days of purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number so you can follow your package.


Returns & Exchanges
Return and Exchange Policy

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us at [Contact Information] within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate the process.

Unfortunately, after 15 days from the delivery date, we are unable to accept return or exchange requests.


Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund (applicable to full-priced items only) or an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.

  • The item must be free of makeup, deodorant, or any other marks.

  • A return authorization number must be obtained from Maison Loló by contacting us at info.maison.lolo@gmail.com.

  • The returned package must be received at our office within 15 days after the return authorization has been issued.

If you would like to exchange an item, please inform us of your preferred style, size, or color as soon as possible.

Please note that customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
